The springs on my garage door & my neighbor's garage door snapped in the same week. My neighbor found Elad, and she loved him. I did some research on 3 different garage door companies to get a feel of what a new door & opener would cost just in case I opted not to fix the springs and invest in a new door. So I called Elad to fix my springs. My door & opener were both over 25 years old. Elad gave me an estimate to fix both springs. He listened to my thoughts about just investing in a new door & opener.
